Stormwater Management

Maintain clean yard at all times.

If required install and maintain storm water filters or detention ponds to treat stormwater runoff from yards.

Maintain bunds around any chemical storage areas.

Contain and treat all vehicle washings to minimise direct discharge into stormwater drains.

Contain and manage all hazardous substances spillages or other onsite spillages without entering the stormwater system.

Train all yard and outdoor staff on the importance of the stormwater management and ways of dealing with spillages and tidy management of the yard.
