Applications

If the applications do not meet s88 requirements in the RMA council will return the applications within 5 working days. If the applications are received, council staff will decide whether any additional information is required under s92 of the RMA.

Applicants are obliged to provide additional information requested by the council within the specified timeframe. Failing or refusing to provide additional information could result in the application being publicly notified by the council.
