Energy Use

Consider all energy use on the farm including refrigeration, water heating, and fuel use.
Use energy and fuel efficient equipments.
If using underground fuel storage tanks ensure there is no fuel leakage.
When using farm vehicles or machinery plan your activities ahead to minimise multiple trips.
If possible use zero tillage than ploughing.
If ploughing ensure soil conditions are favourable (e.g. optimal soil moisture).
